If you're trying to transform unbelievers into believers, take baby steps. These are juicing recipes that have worked for my family's sensitive palate. Specifically my 4 year old son who is my pickiest eater. These are all Daniel-Approved, which in my book equates to success!
The instructions are pretty much the same for all of the juices.
- Buy organic, when possible. Avoid those harmful pesticides and chemicals.
- Wash all of your produce
- Peel the skins off of any produce that needs it. For instance, your oranges and carrots, etc.
- Shove those bad boys into your fabulous juicer. I love my Breville! (See more details under the tab, "Thumbs Up".)
